We are looking for 2-3 entry level customer service representatives to attend events set up on behalf of our clients. We will expect each candidate to familiarize themselves with our clients (with our training) and be able to answer questions, overturn objections and build relationships on behalf of them. This is a full time job, with paid training and the opportunity to earn bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions

Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability

Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints

Open new customer accounts

Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise

Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs

Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
