Small Real Estate Group looking for a part-time Real Estate Assistant. We are looking for someone driven and eager for this opportunity. This is a FUN and FAST PACED work environment. Huge opportunity to break into the residential real estate business. The perfect candidate will be able to work approximately 20 hours a week including Saturdays. We need a fast learner and someone who works well and efficiently under pressure and is ready to jump in and start ASAP. Proficiency in Gmail/Google Docs/Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat preferred. Responsibilities: Job Duties include but are not limited to: • Creating marketing folders for clients. • Performing mail-outs including letters and postcards. • Scanning and Archiving. • Answering Phones. • Assist with scheduling Google Calendar appointments. • Small Project Management duties. • Organizing Office Materials and tidying the office. • Assist with Open House Materials. • Create marketing materials for DCG listings • Manage internet sales portals for listings • Answer phones, and other real estate related checklists and administrative tasks to list and sell residential real estate • Answer phones and email correspondence to assist for showings and assist team leader with other miscellaneous daily tasks. Qualifications: • Typing skills required. • Must be able to commute to Henderson. • A valid Real Estate License is not required, but a bonus for this position. • Drivers License and reliable transportation required. • Internet and print marketing experience required. • Administrative Assistance experience required. • Experience in Microsoft software platforms, Excel, and Adobe Publisher required.
