    Full-Time Administrative Assistant- Must be available to work in an office Monday - Friday, Saturdays twice a month. Small and highly productive Real Estate Group looking for a Real Estate Assistant. We are looking for someone driven and eager for this opportunity to work and learn the Real Estate Industry from a Top Producing Real Estate Team. This is a fun and fast-paced work environment, that requires a motivated individual that is quick to learn and resourceful. Huge opportunity to assist with daily office operations bookkeeping and project management. The perfect candidate will be able to work approximately 30- 40 hours a week and 2-3 Saturdays each month. The training period will be fewer hours until probation ends, then 40-45 work weeks will begin. We need a sharp dedicated person for a Career in the Real Estate Industry, a fast learner with a flexible schedule, and someone who works efficiently under pressure. It is required that you know how to do Spreadsheets, and the Google Office Suite, and a bonus is they have basic marketing such as Flyers, MS Publisher, and Adobe Suite skills. Responsibilities: • Communications management through Google Suite including Spreadsheets, Email, IM, and Text messages • Understanding Transaction Software Coordination is a huge Bonus • Google Suite products knowledge and aptitude a must, plus Cloud based filling and storage such as DropBox. • Listing Coordination and field services duties for Team Listings and Pre-listings • Assist with invoices and bills for business and personal to be paid, and filed according to DCG Bookkeeping protocols. • Scanning and archiving on Google Cloud and paper filing and archiving • Assist with scheduling and Confirmations of Team leader's Google Calendar appointments • Multiple projects to be assigned and keep track on Google Spreadsheets • Organizing the office supplies and legal materials • General personal assistant duties, travel, and Banking errands may apply • Special project management per directed by the team leader • Daily Bookkeeping for personal and business and TC Documents Management for RE Sale files • Performing bill payments, spreadsheets management • Field Services Management ( May be Off Site) of Team listings including assisting with staging duties prior to Go-live status • Assist with team payroll duties and HR hire protocols and duties • Assist with HR management duties with the unemployment department and other state and federal Government affiliates, with communications to the Company CPA and Bookkeeper. • Filling the invoices and receipts for DCG and other business entities, etc • Assist with Open House and Showing feedback reports on Google Team Spreadsheets Qualifications: • Transactional or Listing Coordination would be beneficial but not required, as well as possible past Paralegal or Administrative Law experience. • Bookkeeping experience a bonus, (experience in QuickBooks Not required but helpful) Google online Spreadsheets programs experience • Proficiency in Gmail/Google Docs/Google Sheets/Google Drive, Dropbox, SLACK IM Channel Communications, Microsoft Word, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, Skyslope, FUB /CRM Software, and Cloud-Based preferred • Typing skills - min 45 WPM and tech-savvy with Google and Microsoft product Exell/ Google Sheets a must • MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION to commute to run errands with auto/gas reimbursement included • Able to work independently on project assignments, and or work in a team projects environment • Ability to take detailed notes, follow directions, stay on task, and complete assignments on time use of IM-type communications such as SLACK vs Email. • Some heavy lifting is required (up to 30lbs) • Candidates with a spreadsheet (Google sheets), Adobe, and Legal background, are given the highest priority • Preferred that you have flexibility with your Work Schedule, As candidate learns the position their responsibility and hours will increase over time, after the Probation period. • Ability to effectively communicate with the entire DCG team, and ability to follow up on tasks until they are completed. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly, plus bonus structure available.
