Chef de Cuisine

What you will be doing:

• Create and deliver an authentically local farm-to-table menu
• Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
• Create, inspire and use your flare to wow our guests
• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
• Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
• Lead culinary team and ensure all health & safety standards are executed to the highest possible outcomes
• Manage financials including food costs, labor, and operational expense

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Over 5 years’ culinary experience
• Culinary school or equivalent
• Proven track record of culinary leadership
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
