RESTORATION SALES REPRESENTATIVE The Edge Contracting LLC, based in Waukesha, WI, operates in multiple states and is one of the most reputable fast-growing restoration companies in the upper Midwest. We offer a comprehensive training program, developed by industry leaders, to equip and develop top producers. Overall Job Description Canvass storm-damaged neighborhoods to work with homeowners and their insurance company in assessing exterior home damages (roofs, siding, windows, gutters, etc.) and implement a plan for work completion. Job Duties • Develop customer base from door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and other client development strategies. • Sell general contracting services from The Edge Contracting • Perform residential and commercial property inspections. • Assist property owners with filing storm damage insurance claims. • Work with insurance adjusters to process claims. Qualifications • Must be able to climb on ladders and walk on roofs • Past construction or trades experience helpful • Sales experience is very helpful, but not required • Must have own vehicle - prefer truck or utility vehicle • Must be energetic, social and have great people skills • Ability to travel heavily will be required during the season • Computer skills required Compensation Current Sales Representatives are 1099 subcontractors and earn $600/week in base salary plus a scaled commission structure in addition to company trips, weekly contests for cash, company dinners, etc. If you are looking to earn commissions in the $50k to $125k+ range, please apply!
