Member Experience Intern
At The Edge Fitness Clubs our mission is to offer extraordinary fitness facilities, innovative programming and an energetic, friendly staff to ensure our members love coming to our clubs, always enjoy their fitness experience, and see the results of their hard work. Ultimately giving our members... an EDGE in life. The focus of the Member Experience Intern is to learn social media strategy of a multi-club retail fitness chain and see from a customer service side how this strategy transfers over into the member experience. You will begin your journey learning about our company, visiting our clubs, and understanding all product knowledge including our membership, club amenities, and fitness services. Additionally, you will learn and have hands on experience completing tasks managing and responding to member feedback including, but not limited to The Edge's social media sites, and email marketing. As a voice and representation for The Edge Fitness Clubs, you will act as a culture champion for The Edge and will continually strive to create long-lasting positive member engagement through all member communication channels with laser focus on exceeding member expectations.
