    You will partner directly with the Law Firm Owner to take the lead with administrative and business elements of running the firm. This position involves planning, setting up, guiding, and monitoring the day-to-day activities of the Firm, and ensuring adherence to Firm regulations. This role entails a range of responsibilities that touch on all aspects of administration, personnel, finances, facilities, and business systems. We are looking for someone with the background and level of maturity to collaborate with the Owner and other key personnel when it comes to strategy, policy, problem-solving, and decision-making. The Law Firm Administrator part is a key player of the senior management team, reporting solely to the Owner. The main aim of this job is to guarantee the functionality of the company and to create extensive and lasting growth. You need to sustain ownership of different business operations, for which we require an experienced and successful leader. Responsibilities: • Supervise the work of the personnel and vendors • Lead recruitment, hiring, and general human resources operations, including payroll and benefit • Ensure that the Firm’s business systems and processes are fully documented in writing, organized, and being followed • Ensure clients and matters move through the workflow pipeline at the right pace • Oversee financial operations with mastery of financial reporting and accounting principles • Manage office facilities and office supply inventory • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures • Establish comprehensive goals for performance and growth • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics Qualifications: *We need a full-blown, bona fide Law Firm Administrator who has prior experience running a small professional services firm or a division or department of a mid-sized/large professional services firm. You must be able to show evidence of your prior success with: • Managing and supervising a team of at least 10 and a budget of $5 million (this is Critical ) • Comfortability in a start-up environment • Advising & decision-making in a senior management role - including the authority to hire and fire • Designing & executing business plans, understanding P&L statements and budgets, using leadership & management best practices, assuring the quality of workflow systems, managing projects, leading and developing human resources, and managing risk • Although experience in a law firm or as a law firm professional can be useful, please only apply if you have broad-scale operations experience Education and Experience • Degree in Management, Business Management, Human Resources, or another related field • Previous experience running a professional services firm or a division or department of a mid-sized/large professional services firm (law firm experience is a plus) Compensation: $100,000 yearly - $150,000 yearly
