A UNIVERSAL BANKER IS AN ENERGETIC, OUTGOING, SALES-DRIVEN PROFESSIONAL WHO IS READY TO PROVIDE AMAZING TELLER AND SALES SERVICES TO OUR CUSTOMERS!

THE UNIVERSAL BANKER:

• Must fully meet the customer’s needs by providing a rewarding customer experience.
• Will be trained for customer service (platform) and teller duties.
• Participates in the daily operations of the branch.
• Processes all types of teller transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries and problem resolution.
• Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Opens new accounts and consumer loan originations.
• Cross-sells other bank services and refers customers to other business lines as appropriate.
• Actively participates in various out bound sales activities in support of meeting branch and bank- wide goals. 
• Provides mentoring and training to other staff members.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous customer service experience is required
• Previous sales experience is required. 
• Positive attitude and an upbeat presence is required.
• Stable employment history is preferred
• Previous banking/teller experience is preferred.
