Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. You will be working at the main entrance desk of high-rise residential building. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first person to greet residents and guest. Their first impression of the community will depend on your friendliness and efficiency.
The goal of the Front Desk Agent is to create an overall pleasant and welcoming customer experience to ensure our residents and guests feel comfortable and have a great experience while in our premises.
The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy, quick thinker. You must be able to handle multiple incoming requests and protect the association and residents by monitoring who comes in and out of the premises.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they enter the building
Confirm reservations/deliveries/move ins/outs
Provide guests with information and/or personalized assistance
Possess extensive knowledge of the premises and nearby businesses in order to make quality recommendations.
Answer the associations phone and make reservations.
Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.
Qualifications
Proven experience as Front Desk Agent or experience in customer service is preferred.
Confident, polite, and patient
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong time-management skills
Ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation.
