Experience: Entry Level - Experienced
Tier Incentives and bonuses are also added to commissions
Requirements
Highly motivated sales professionals
In-home sales experience preferred but not required
Lead generation capabilities
Trainable and Coachable
Excellent communication skills
Being bilingual is a plus
Cultivate lasting relationships with the customer through solid rapport
Responsibilities
· Generate solar energy customer leads in a door-to-door and referral based sales approach. Those with experience will continue with self-customized approaches in sales.
· Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar customers.
· Select solar energy products, systems, or services for customers based on electrical energy requirements, site conditions, price, or other factors.
· Gather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needs.
· Record keeping for clients.
