    Our expanding law firm is looking for an experienced probate, trust & estate planning attorney to work full-time and remotely. We require a highly analytical applicant with excellent communication & organizational abilities. You will oversee all aspects of probate administration, trust administration and prepare estate plans that include wills, trusts, deeds, and ancillary documents. This role carries a great deal of responsibility and seeks to eliminate questions regarding how an estate should be managed or prepared. Our ideal candidate will have significant estate knowledge, be a licensed Florida attorney, and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Please apply if this describes you! Responsibilities: • Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date • Provide clients with information about retirement plans, charitable contributions, and insurance choices • Confer with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process • Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action • Represent clients in court proceedings as needed • Manage estate administration from open to close • Conduct client consultations • Effective in advising clients on and leading a support team in funding trusts/aligning assets with the client’s estate plan • Oversee, counsel, guide, train, and mentor Paralegals and legal staff, including assigning work and monitoring work product • Monitor relevant caseload pipeline and act as necessary to move cases progressively forward and through the pipeline in accordance with defined milestones • Engage in Business Development and Community Engagement • Manage Client Relationships Qualifications: • Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations • Bachelor’s degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are required • Understanding of a variety of real estate matters, including title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation • Required: Licensed member of the Florida Bar • Required: At least 3 years of working experience in a law firm where the majority of time was spent on probate/trust administration and estate planning • Preferred: At least 5 years of working in a law firm Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 yearly + bonus DOE
