    We are seeking a full-time motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. We are a real estate team of 28 agents valley-wide. Responsibilities: • Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth transactions from contract to close • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements to ensure a smooth home-buying process • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and local regulations • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives Qualifications: • Must be Full-Time Sales Agent • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Compensation: $110,000 at plan commission
