JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Enterprise Consultant will work with enterprise customers to ensure their success in engaging with us on our full scope of services to include Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Assessments, and Leadership Programs. This role will also manage select projects. This is a multi-faceted role in a rapidly growing company. We work with many of the Fortune 500 and interact regularly with key executives. Specific duties include:
· Ownership of our client engagement model for identified key accounts
· Regular customer communication and mentor support / interaction
· Leadership development solution design in partnership with our Enterprise Partners and key customers
· Proposal writing and document development
· Project management on account development initiatives
· Customer report development that supports engagements
· Logistics and project management of current and future engagements
· Support on marketing materials and customer deliverables as necessary
LOCATION: Arlington, VA (Metro Accessible – currently virtual given Covid-19)
REPORTS TO: Senior Vice President
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Consulting account experience
· Ability to multitask
· Strong Communication skills – writing, email and phone
· Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
· Experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting or Strategy a must
· Must be able to listen to interviews and take strong notes
· Excellent editing skills
· Business acumen
