No experience with personal training? That's ok - we have an extensive Exercise Coach certification program to instruct you on everything you need to be a top-level personal trainer at the #1 Personal Training Brand Studios in the country!

We are looking for a someone who enjoys working with people and making a difference in the lives of others...because that is what we do! We are a fun, team-based environment where we transform our clients' health & fitness in only 20 minutes, twice a week!

The Exercise Coach is the #1 personal training brand in the country. We are not your typical gym. Our Schaumburg studio delivers one-on-one and small group training sessions, leveraging our exclusive hi-tech equipment and the personal trainer/client relationship to deliver outstanding workouts.

· Your compensation is not commission-based, you are paid for the time you are in the studio working, whether training clients or not.

· You will go through our Exercise Coach Personal Trainer certification program.

· You will have the opportunity to grow within the business - we are quickly expanding across the country.

What your day will look like as a Personal Trainer:

• Leading and engaging clients in their personalized exercises based on their goals
• Contacting perspective clients to describe our unique program and schedule them
• Business operations (scheduling, sales, running reports) - designing safe and effective workouts to maximize client results
• Ensuring that our studio is clean, functional, and ready to delight our clients
• Offering nutrition guidance in accordance with our whole-food plan

Required skills:

• Passion for health & fitness: This is where it all begins!
• Strong Communication Skills: You must be comfortable conversing in person and on the phone, conduct yourself professionally and deliver clear instructions to clients confidently
• People Skills and Personality: You must LOVE working with people and helping them achieve their goals! Enthusiastic and upbeat are words people might use to describe you.
• Growth Mindset: Always willing to learn and grow as well as always proactively anticipate what needs to be done next and solve problems.
• Certification: Must be willing to successfully complete The Exercise Coach certification process in your first 30 days of hire.
• CPR/AED Certification: Must possess current certification or be willing to obtain CPR/AED certification from nationally recognized provider within 30 days of hire.
• Education: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field, but not required.
