    Job Summary

If you can, without hesitation, say YES to the statements below, let’s connect! This could be the fitness opportunity you’ve been looking for.

I am known for effortlessly connecting and building relationships.

I instinctively coach and teach others.

Enthusiastic and upbeat are words people use to describe me.

    I genuinely care about people.

Helping people of all ages reach their full potential energizes me.

I am driven to ‘get it done’ no matter what it takes.

‘Organized’ could be my middle name.

Staying strong and being healthy is evident in my life.

The Exercise Coach®, a hi-tech fitness and health studio, is adding a part-time Health Coach/Personal Trainer for the South Tulsa studio.

The Exercise Coach® brand was built upon the belief that staying strong and healthy shouldn’t feel like a hassle. We understand that everyone knows they should exercise, and everyone wants to be fit and healthy. But that is easier said than done, given busy schedules, unappealing workout environments, and in some cases, beat up bodies.

We have perfected a workout process that is safe and helps people get the results that matter most to them with just one to three 20-minute workouts per week. The sessions are coach-led 100% of the time and are powered by our proprietary strength and interval technology. This means our clients’ programs are completely data-driven, and that every second of a workout at The Exercise Coach® is adapted to our client’s individual ability.

    Studio Description and Details

Unlike the conventional health-club setting, The Exercise Coach® (TEC) is quiet, clean, professional and distraction-free; offering clients what would be more accurately described as clinical exercise, rather than the latest fitness craze in a crowded, loud, or intimidating environment. The Exercise Coach® is dedicated to helping people of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology.

While training, you will be paid a base salary equivalent to $12 per hour as a TEC employee. Once certified as a trainer for our program (within a month), you will be paid a base salary equivalent to $16-$20 per hour and will have the opportunity for advancement within the company, if so desired. Your base compensation is never commission-based so you are always paid for your time whether training clients or not.

Our studio offers a casual, fun environment, top-of-the-line proprietary training equipment and the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of a successful personal training studio. We want someone who enjoys working closely with people and making a difference in their lives.

Studio open hours are currently Monday through Thursday 6am to 8pm, Friday 6am to 6pm, and Saturday 7am to 12pm.
