The Executive Assistant coordinates and provides high-quality administrative support to the executive team and reports to the CXO. The Executive Assistant manages mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, oversees hiring, onboarding, documentation management, credentialing and other organizational tasks. The ideal candidate works well in a team, can take a vision and bring it into actuality and is detail-oriented. Utilizing tools, like Microsoft Office suite, and skills, like efficient problem solving, will allow the Executive Assistant to communicate professionally and ensure the success of the executive team and their divisions.  By creating efficient processes, communicating professionally, and managing a dynamic working environment, the Executive Assistant plays a major role in successful business operations. The Executive Assistant must maintain the highest level of integrity and leads by example in all areas. The Executive Assistant must be able to develop strong relationships across the agency, have exceptional communication and organizational skills, and be an expert in multi-tasking, keeping track of deadlines, prioritizing, and anticipating the needs of the staff and agency. Responsibilities: • Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking to gather data, organize, and analyze the results. • Professional approach, good judgment, creative problem solver. Possess the personal drive and commitment to implement innovative solutions. • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follows through on issues in a timely manner. • Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications. • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. • Provide high-quality support to the executive team and ensure they are able to concentrate on their corporate responsibilities. • Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically. • Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating skills consistently with internal and external customers. • Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation. • Assist recruitment of potential applicants based on experience, skills, and education. • Assist in preliminary interviews of potential candidates. • Obtain documents required for licensure, privileging, and payor enrollment. • Assists providers with the re-credentialing process by ensuring all required paperwork and supporting documentation is completed, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner based on renewal timeframes. • Researching and managing special projects as well as preparing written reports as requested. • Attend meetings in order to keep track and help drive key deliverables, following up on outstanding items to ensure timely execution. • Ability to anticipate issues/ concerns and provide solutions. • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. • Time management with an ability to prioritize tasks; able to manage priorities and workflow. • Maintains and protects sensitive and private information by keeping patient records confidential in accordance with clinical, HIPAA, local, state and federal laws and regulations. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. • Three to five years of administrative experience. • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Compensation: $16 hourly
