TFH Kids Volunteer Coordinator
The Father’s House
Job Description:
A TFH Kids Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for overseeing our TFH Kids volunteers at a specific Campus. His/her primary function is to recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers for a specific age group at a specific campus.
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years administrative experience. Experience working in TFH Kids is a plus.
· Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of the following computer programs; Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be willing to learn new programs as needed.
· Believes in and supports The Father’s House’s values and Statement of Faith.
· Must be a member of The Father’s House.
Preferred:
· Knowledge of Orange Curriculum
· Knowledge of Planning Center
· Knowledge of Rock RMS Database
Reporting Relationships:
· Reports directly to the Kid’s Pastor/s
Responsibilities
· Schedules volunteers weekly to serve in TFH Kids.
· Provides lessons and instruction for the coming weekend to volunteers during the week leading up to the weekend.
· Communicates with volunteers.
· Finds volunteer solutions for volunteers that call out.
· Trains new volunteers on the weekend.
· Attends TFH Kids Volunteer Rallies on the weekend.
· Fills in on the weekends in any position that is needed.
· Holds volunteers accountable to the TFH Kids Standards.
· Supports volunteers through prayer, training, and supplies if needed.
· Reports to your campus’ Assistant Kids Director / Kids Director.
· Manages volunteer list in database.
