    We’re seeking an organized and highly motivated account sales specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities include managing client communications, scheduling and conducting sales appointments nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. You will help customers understand their coverage, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secured systems. Responsibilities: • Engage with warm leads provided by our team and conduct telesales to promote mortgage protection coverage • Schedule appointments with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable coverage options • Maintain a client-focused approach, building rapport and trust to provide exceptional customer service • Meet regularly with agents to keep up with industry standards, insurance products, current rates, coverages, insurance policies, and carriers, so you can assist clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team with understanding and addressing the newest rules and policy updates Qualifications: • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time and schedule • A passion for helping clients and finding the best coverage options for their needs • Active insurance license in your state or willing to get licensed. • This position operates on a 100% commission-based model. • Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred but we will provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset • Follow up skill, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills are a must in this role Compensation: $90,000+
