    Essential Functions:

    • Assign daily work functions to staff to provide required services to MTA headquarters for mail receipt and delivery.
    • Assign daily work functions to staff to provide required services to MTA
    • Plan, Organize, Direct, and Control services provided to FDNY through delegation of assignments to staff and follow up to ensure tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with MTA project management to ensure needs of MTA Headquarters are met.
    • Recruit, interview, and select staff based on contractual requirements; provide training to staff as needed.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Competent in Mailroom operations
    • Competent in logistics assignments for messenger services.
    • Knowledgeable in operation of mailroom equipment such as mail meters, printers, sealers, etc.
    • Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance
    • Knowledgeable in US Postal, Fedex, and UPS regulations.
    • Possess computer skills with Microsoft Suite

    Pay: $18.00 per hour

    Ability to Relocate:

    • New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
