Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and forecast sales, interpret customer feedback trends, and evaluate operational efficiency to inform business decisions.
Utilize data analytics to enhance all aspects of our business, including service quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support our mission of enlightened and unreasonable hospitality.
Work collaboratively across all departments, providing data-driven insights to support business objectives and improve guest experiences.
Champion the integration of data analysis into our daily operations, setting the standard for excellence and innovation in our approach to hospitality.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, with at least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant environment.
Proficiency in Excel, Python, and SQL; experience with Restaurant365 is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
Strong passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to excellence in service.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management and staff, embodying The Feinstein Group's culture of Hospitality, Opportunities, Meritocracy, and Excellence.
