JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Sales professionals are responsible for distributing our insurance carriers’ products to their local communities. Leads are highly qualified and exclusive to Equis. NO COLD CALLING!! We also offer an In-Home Assistance program to support our new agents hit the ground running!

Products include: Term, Indexed Universal, Whole, Final Expense, Fixed Indexed Annuities, Tax-Free retirement, College Planning, Small business, Children's whole life, and more!

We are contracted with the top carriers in the industry that offer Living Benefits and have exclusive product contracts with each carrier. Our agents can now offer families the ability to access their benefits in the event of a critical illness like a Heart Attack, Cancer or Stroke. Clients can now protect their family and future from foreclosure due to the loss of income during recovery and treatment from critical illnesses.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

• Ability to obtain a state life insurance license - We will help you through the study and testing process!!

• Reliable Transportation

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Ability to manage time effectively

• Desire to invest in yourself with our provided weekly trainings

COMPENSATION

• Compensation is 100% commission and comes directly from the carriers as a direct deposit into your bank account - This is a 1099 independent contractor position

• Income ranges from $50,000 - $250,000 based on part-time or full-time commitment

• Monthly bonuses ranging from $250 - $1000+

• Give yourself a commission rate increase every 2 months!

• Extensive training and mentoring provided through multiple venues - ALL FREE!

• Management training and support provided to help you build your own team!

*I have personally issue paid over $325,000 in my first full year with Equis following the tried and true structure and training. That is about $250,000 in gross income!! I can show you how!!
