IT INTERN
As a 2023 Fall Semester Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an IT position by shadowing and working along-side knowledgeable IT professionals. We offer a flexible schedule for students Monday through Friday - 20 hours per week.
In this role you will be required to:
- Work with the IT Team providing Help Desk Support
- Work with end-users to install and ensure workstations are properly configured and updated
- Provide PC troubleshooting for hardware and software
- Supports end users for LAN based and local applications
- Work with Active Directory to ensure user profiles are configured properly
- Supports Bank’s intranet and Microsoft Share Point sites
- Support Business Intelligence functions and application support
- Audio and Visual systems support
- Supports Bank’s Mitel VoIP system
**Job Skills/Requirements:
**
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student entering their Junior or Senior year in a Bachelors degree program preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
- Knowledge of Windows operating system
- Knowledge of PC networking and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiar Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently or within team environments
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to pick up information quickly and to implement it accurately
