Responsibilities: • Manage front desk receptionist duties such as faxing, sorting incoming mail, handling phone calls, and greeting clients in a professional manner • Be sure the front office is tidy for visitors and that office supplies are stocked • Ensure all employees have identification and record all visitors into the visitor log • Support mortgage team with administrative and clerical duties as needed • Liaise effectively with clients, mortgage lenders, loan processors, and real estate agents throughout the mortgage loan process Qualifications: • Knowledge of real estate, mortgage services, or the mortgage industry is preferred but not required • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time-management skills are essential • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office receptionist is needed • Computer skills (specifically Microsoft Office), superior customer service skills, and exceptional written and verbal communications skills are required • H.S. diploma, GED or equivalent is required Compensation: $18 hourly
