    The Florida Probate & Family Law Firm is looking for an experienced Professional Legal Administrator (PLA)/Law Firm Administrator. The job can be performed via a combination of remote and in-person work (South Florida). The PLA will work directly with the Law Firm Owner and C Suite to oversee all functions except the practice of law (including operations, finance, human resources, etc.). This is not an “Office Manager” or “Administrative Assistant” position. We need a PLA who has experience managing a team of more than 20 people and a budget of more than $1,000,000. The position encompasses a wide range of activities with involvement in all phases of administration, personnel, finances, facilities, and business systems. We need the PLA to work closely with the Owner and key staff on strategy, policy, problem-solving, and decision-making. This position will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the day-to-day operations of the Firm, and for directing the implementation of Firm policies. Qualifications: Strong preference for the following credentials: • Master’s degree • Prior law firm experience • Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) certification and/or training • Bilingual (English – Spanish) or (English – Arabic) • 5+ years of relevant experience • South Florida residency Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
