My name is Maggie, and I am a Recruiter with THE FOUNTAIN GROUP. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an INSURANCE SPECIALIST for ABBVIE in NORTH CHICAGO, IL. Details for the position are as follows:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Level 1 Insurance specialists – on the phone and PC all day.
• Benefits Verification for requests AbbVie receives from Physicians + Patients --- focused on the drug AbbVie produces, but comes down to benefit verification. (
• Initially receiving info from patient or HCP: collecting all the required data from patient and insurance, and use tools to evaluate a patient’s coverage, ideally without having to make a phone call. 
• Quality check patient information, call whomever party to obtain the correct info.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Call center experience is a plus, good customer service skills a must - High Call Volume
• Computer savvy, MS Office
