Details for the position are as follows: JOB DESCRIPTION:

    PAY: $24.39/HR.

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Operations Coordinator will support the Operations Team. This role operates in a fast-paced, time-critical environment with multiple tasks often needing to be completed using various computer platforms and systems. The Ops Coordinator will interface with internal colleagues within Development and Medicine; and may interact externally with Vendors.

    The Ops Coordinator supports key support processes through the following responsibilities:

    • Monitoring and responding to inquiries, generally but not limited to contracting requests
    • Supporting contract processing including but not limited to obtaining appropriate approvals, initiating signature workflows, submitting purchase order requisitions, and uploading of fully executed contracts into the designated repositories
    • Contributing to the maintenance of departmental tracking spreadsheets, inventories, and systems, including entry, query, review, edit and update
    • Handling general document processing including document creation and formatting
    • Providing tactical and administrative support to Operations in support of logistical initiatives
    • Adhering to all applicable regulations and internal policies and procedures

     QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associate degree

    • Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Outlook and SharePoint; experience with purchasing system (e.g., Ariba) is preferred

    • Experience working within and maintaining databases

    • Strong administrative and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task

    • Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and timelines

    • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to work well as part of a team and support multiple customer bases
