JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist with a strong programming background and experience looking at data sets. This position will support existing pipelines and identifying novel target discovery by majorly leveraging bulk- and single-cell RNA-seq analysis, and also by integrating multi-omics data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in bioinformatics.
• Experience in ‘omics data integrative analysis
• Proficient in R, Python, and use of HPC clusters, in the context of computational biology.
• Network analysis experience is a plus.
