My name is Daniela, and I am a Recruiter with THE FOUNTAIN GROUP.  We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a CLINICAL CONTRACTS ASSOCIATE (LEGAL) for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in FOSTER CITY, CA OR MORRIS PLAINS, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Contract execution, review, management, routing and quality control
• Management of LOA’s, LOI, CDA’s, MSA’s, CO’s and other contracts for the Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
• New supplier setup and supplier updates in ERP
• Data entry of supplier and contract information (such as contractual and financial data) into Gilead systems
• Researching and resolving vendor invoice and payment inquiries and issues
• Reviewing and analyzing of vendor proposals
• Project support for various initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• STRONG LEGAL experience within Contracts
• Proficiency in legal language, contract structure and format
• Cross-functional work in a large corporate environment, internal and external
