Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­ Compensation Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in ­­ Fully Remote (PST) Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting compensation team throughout upcoming compensation planning processes, including serving as first point-of-contact for questions from HR Business Partners.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Compensation analysis and auditing. Acting as a strategic partner with management in assigned internal functions and Employee Success team members
• Consults with management to advice on decisions related to compensation matters and programs;
• Required: Compensation analyst experience, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Bachelor’s and 3+ years Compensation experience.
