Job Description

Our team of hospitality professionals strives to set new standards in service. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar chef-driven, fine dining, Michelin-starred establishment. Must have strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• As part of the service team, the Kitchen server is responsible for delivering courses to the guest, possessing the knowledge and ability to verbalize the composition of each dish.
• 3+ years in fine dining experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Computer knowledge
• Able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a standing/walking position for long period of time (up to 10 hours).
• Must have the ability to climb stair repeatedly throughout the shift
