SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative/Fundraiser is to relay the message that the client is trying to convey.

• Be knowledgeable about the group and programs
• Lead generation and conversion
• Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or charity appeal to persuade potential customers or donors
• Contact new and existing customers/donors
• Emphasize the programs that the client is working on
• Answer questions about the organizations that we represent
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• When needed, maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
