WEB SALES SPECIALIST
The Furniture Warehouse has 6 store locations along Florida's gulf coast and a corporate headquarters in Sarasota, FL. Our 20,000 sq. ft. showrooms offer great pricing, and we do a lot of advertising with TV, newspapers, direct mail and social media.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engages with customers via live chat, emails, and phone to answer questions, close sales, and facilitate deliveries
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company products and policies
- Stay up to date on advertised sales events and financing promotions
- Greet customers via the chat function, respond to questions, and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist customers in purchasing decisions, in particular room selections and design/style decisions
- Cross sell products to increase purchase amounts
- Present and explain promotions to customers, special financing plans, delivery procedures, and warranties
- Input sales tickets into the retail software system per company guidelines
- Coordinate delivery between customer and the distribution/delivery system
- Expedite the resolution of customer concerns to maximize satisfaction
- Meet selling requirements and follow all rules as written in the company sales guidelines
- Expected to reach a minimum productivity of $35,000 in sales per month
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication, listening and follow up skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong closing skills
- Ability to multi-task with 3+ applications running concurrently
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Professional and positive demeanor
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to pass background check
COMPENSATION:
- $12.00/hour + commission + bonus
