Design innovation & sustainability are at the heart of all of our work to provide progressive buildings, objects, and spatial solutions whenever & wherever possible. The team is equipped with the latest design software to meet our client's challenging needs, stays up to date, and remains open to new digital solutions at all turns. We work comfortably in a casual office environment with an emphasis on collaboration and a team approach to design.     YOUR ESSENTIAL CONTRIBUTIONS:

    Work with the Founding Principal, Creative Director, and Project Managers to plan, prepare, write, and produce statements of qualifications, proposals and presentation materials for potential clients.

    • Manage the RFP response/proposal development process, including assessing requirements, acquiring content from subject matter experts and team members, formulating clear and effective responses, and complying with all solicitation requirements
    • Review, edit, and proofread proposals and other materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency of documents, and to ensure compliance with all prospective client requirements
    • Organize, attend, and contribute to preparation meetings with pursuit teams and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and responsiveness
    • Create proposal content utilizing relevant company project data with design team production direction as well as publicly sourced information through research and development
    • Produce customized presentation content to support the finalist stage - presentation development includes assisting with meeting framework and mapping content to key messages
    • Work closely with the Creative Director to meet expectations for completion of proposal submission materials.
    • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and design team members to meet submittal deadlines
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of the Design Principal and Creative Director
    • Develop/maintain a library of custom content and template information for various project categories
    • Track the results of and collect feedback on pursuits
    • Communicate and collaborate with Creative Director to ensure alignment with brand and marketing messages
    • Maintain and reinforce company production standards and quality control procedures
    • Coordinate conference attendance and sponsorships
    • Coordinate company team events and annual holiday party

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associate Degree in Industrial Design, Marketing, Business Communications, or a combination of education and relevant experience
    • 1+ years marketing experience including 1+ years in proposals for professional services
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience in proposal planning and coordination
    • Exceptional writing ability, strong organizational skills, sharp eye for detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Ability to handle tight deadlines and make independent decisions critical to job success
    • Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1+ years document layout and production experience
    • Graphic Design software capabilities required
    • Previous experience in the A/E industry strongly desired
    • Technical understanding of the proposal production process for professional services

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred, but not required)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

    COVID-19 considerations: All common surfaces are sanitized daily and work computers are equipped with remote technology, allowing our office the flexibility of remote conversion should it become necessary.
