Canterbury Mews is looking for a part time Handyman/Contractor The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in the construction/handyman field. Job includes but is not limited to:

Daily Inspect grounds, clean up litter and debris Clean around dumpster surrounds Identify any obvious violations Check in daily with property manager for work orders Clean clubhouse bathrooms at least once a week Clean clubhouse weekly when having parties Identify bulk pick up and report to office On going: Clear gutters Repair small siding, gutter, soffit jobs, deck repairs, spray for wasps and bees as needed, small power washing jobs, small painting jobs, build dumpster surrounds, troubleshoot street lights before sending to electrician (photocells), troubleshoot sprinklers before sending to landscaper (broken heads), repair common area fences, trim small tree branches, repair or replace ballasts, replace or secure kick plates under doors, repair or replace street signs, repair front porch posts.

WINTER: Put out salt buckets at mailboxes Check and refill as needed Ice checks Projects around clubhouse Hang Christmas wreaths, clubhouse door, signs, and pillars along entrance on bridge

SUMMER: Prepare pool deck for opening; Clean and un-winterize bathrooms, tidy Pool Deck Clean pool furniture, paint life guard chairs as needed, take out trash, set up temporary safety fences as needed.

Candidate must have great customer service skills as you are interacting with homeowners face-to-face on a daily basis helping to make them happy by successfully and correctly completing their jobs. The hours are approximately 9:30am-400pm. We strive to create the best atmosphere and work environment for everyone involved!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• NJ Driver's License (Required)
• US work authorization (Required)
• Handyman/Contractor: 2+ years (Preferred)

*The successful candidate must have his own truck and tools.

*General Maintenance/Repairs

*Remodels, Renovations

*Troubleshooting

*Customer Service
