    • Proven at least 1+ years’ experience as a Gameroom Attendant
    • Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage and connect with guests.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with guests and collaborate effectively with team members.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and delivering excellent service under pressure.
    • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.

    Job Description:

    The Games Attendant is tasked with keeping their area clean, keeping their guests smiling and making sure everything is running smoothly. Your job will be to help customers have a great time by helping them find the best ways to spend their time, running transactions and assisting guests with arcade games, laser tag and other gaming needs.

    What makes a great Games Attendant?

    • 16 years + of age
    • Computer literate, familiar with cash register and credit card verification equipment
    • Can service a crowd with ease all while maintaining a smile.
    • Able to interact with customers and come up with unique solutions based on their situation
    • Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
    • Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
    • Ability to bend, twist, and stretch

    What will you be doing daily?

    • Educates guests on all attractions including proper technique and use of equipment, and safety guidelines.
    • Educates guests on gamecard purchases, usage, and Kiosk Operations,
    • Maintains the daily operation of the arcade games; documents and/or escalates any game operation or effects issues to Manager on Duty.
    • Perform preventative maintenance and minor troubleshooting of equipment to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Ensure the daily operation of the attraction adheres to operating procedure guidelines.
    • Outfits participants with correct safety equipment, adjusts, and properly attaches equipment.
    • Inspects all safety equipment to ensure proper function.
    • Ensures the daily operation adheres to operating procedure guidelines.
    • Provides outstanding guest service and engages in suggestive selling.
    • Assists in merchandising functions including display, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing.
    • Performs cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale (POS) system, registers, and daily reporting.
    • Ensures attraction adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
    • Assists in other retail outlets/attractions as needed.
