Key Responsibilities:
Extend a warm and gracious welcome to guests, embodying enthusiasm and courtesy.
Oversee the smooth arrival and departure experiences for guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
Respond promptly to inquiries about room details, hotel amenities, and local attractions, offering insightful guidance on shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
Conduct a thorough review of daily reports, identifying key information to be communicated effectively with colleagues and management.
Conclude each shift by meticulously completing cashier and closing reports, securely reconciling the cash drawer.
Handle direct phone reservations with precision, articulating hotel rates and information accurately. Employ suggestive selling techniques to promote room nights, thereby enhancing overall occupancy and revenue.
Provide personalized recommendations to guests, offering assistance with reservations and itinerary planning to ensure a memorable stay.
