The Gellman Team is looking for a full-time Photographer/Social Media Manager to join our Photography & Media Department. The ideal candidate will have photography and editing experience (real estate photography experience preferred), as well as familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Daily duties will include taking listing photographs, as well as photos at team events and headshots for new team members. The candidate will also assist the Director of Marketing & Media with video content and creating social media graphics and reels, and occasional blog posts. Some videography experience is preferred but not necessary. Must live in the Greater St. Louis area. Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $17.25 hourly (will increase after probationary period) Responsibilities: • Photograph new listings (some listings require video walkthroughs) • Photo and video editing • Social Media post creation • Write blog posts about area features Qualifications: • Must have your own DSLR camera and tripod • Photography experience required (real estate experience preferred) • Experience using Lightroom or Photoshop • Experience or aptitude to learn videography • Experience or aptitude to work on social media marketing • Strong attention to detail Compensation: $17.25 hourly
