    The Gellman Team had a record 2020, selling over $207 million and closing more than 528 properties. We have already sold over $178 million YTD 2021. As such, we will need to grow our team. Currently, we are looking for a transaction/closing coordinator - this is a guaranteed full-time position! This is a great opportunity to learn from the best and grow within our team!! Transaction/Closing Coordinator is a key position on our team and will support listing agents and buyer agents, as well as clients. A real estate salesperson license is preferred, but not required. Prior real estate experience a MUST. Salesforce, Dotloop, Skyslope experience are a plus. Must be able to manage emails, gather receipts and lien waivers for closing, draft/send amendments for signatures, manage tasks on closings and new sales contracts, and schedule closing appointments. Responsibilities: • Liaison between clients and agents • Work with all preferred vendors, contractors, etc • Manage tasks in our CRM system, Salesforce • Complete sales contract checklists as documents are collected • Upload/organize documents to Skyslope • Continue to take a day to day office tasks away from the agent by organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies • Prepare closing books and thank you cards Qualifications: • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Pro, and Internet skills • Experience in MLS, Dotloop, Skyslope, and Dropbox • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities • Continue to maintain the goodwill and reputation of the entire team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals • Thinks "Outside of the Box" • Great listener, note taker, interpreter, and implementer • Positive attitude – cheerful • A valid Real Estate License is preferred for this job Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly,DOE
