Responsibilities: • Qualify leads from our non-duplicable lead generation system • Focusing on outbound calling • Be an excellent team player • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Work well independently and as a team member • Passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and works with a sense of urgency • Converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up • Organized to a fault Qualifications: • Passion for selling and helping others achieve goals • Have real estate license or be willing to obtain their license • Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of caller communication styles and personalities • Exceptional phone and communication skills • Proven track record in sales or believe you can be successful • Drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets • Work well in a self-directed manner • Open to being coached by full time on-staff trainer •  $50,000 on target income (combination of salary + commission and benefits) no ceiling on income • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $50,000+ (commission based)
