    Position Summary: In this role, you'll have a chance to bring the CEO's vision and mission to reality. As owner and manager of several businesses and real estate holdings, an Executive Assistant is the most important hire for the company in the 1st quarter of 2020. The Executive Assistant will complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, that will allow the CEO to effectively lead the company. In this highly administrative position, we are looking for someone experienced as an executive assistant. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Technological proficiency in the following: • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publishers, and PowerPoint) • Adobe Acrobat • Social Media web platforms • Experience in Salesforce is a plus • QuickBooks QuickenInterested applicants must have experience with this type of role and a loving heart, with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude about life.
