Part Time

The Gellman Team is hiring a part-time courier. 

The Gellman Team had a record 2019, selling over $190.7 million and serving more than 560 families. We are on track for an even better 2020. As such, we will need to grow our team. The Gellman Team is seeking a TALENTED individual, to be an integral part of one of the fastest growing real estate teams in the USA.

This position will work directly with The Gellman Team Special Acquisitions and Operations Department. 

Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. You must have a clean driving record and provide your own vehicle that has enough space to transport signs/flyer boxes.

For a current licensed real estate agent, or an affiliate member of SLAR with a registered supra key, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best! You will start with approximately 20 hours per week with courier duties ~ flexible hours. Fantastic advancement opportunity!

COMPENSATION: $10+ hour plus mileage based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Place and pick up open house directional signs on Saturday and/or Sunday mornings
• Deliver new listing marketing materials, signs, supra/lockboxes, and flyer boxes
• Snap exterior photos and shoot videos for special acquisitions purchases and upload to database
• Visit vacant properties to ensure AC/heater is set at appropriate temperature and check for roof/basement leaks
• Act as a liaison between clients and agents/operations department/acquisitions department

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current licensed real estate agent, appraiser, or an affiliate member of SLAR with a registered supra key
• Smart phone
• Available weekends
• Thinks "Outside of the Box"
• Great Listener, interpreter and implementer
• Self managed and self discipline
• Positive attitude – cheerful
• Team player
• Clean driving record and background check required
• Reliable car with enough space for signs/flyer boxes
• Local knowledge of the Highway 40 Corridor, North St Louis County, West County, St Charles, and South County areas – a must
