The Gellman Team, ranked #1 Coldwell Banker Team in MO and #7 Team in North America, is seeking a TALENTED highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through photography, content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.  This position will require the Photographer/Marketing Coordinator to photograph and video new listings (wide angle photos in RAW, aerial photography/videography, video tours, Matterport 3D tours, HDR twilight photography), measure each room in the home, market the new listings, and deliver signs/lockboxes. After the days photo shoot, the photographer will need to edit the photos and video and deliver the finished products by 9am the next business day. On days when the photographer has few shoots, the photographer would take care of other marketing duties described below: social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. The Ideal Gellman Team Photographer/Marketing Coordinator will have experience in residential real estate, and will coordinate and implement marketing projects. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position.  Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. Responsibilities: • Photo and video new listings (wide angle photos in RAW, aerial photography/video, video tours, Matterport 3D tours, HDR twilight photography) measure each room in the home, market the new listings, and deliver signs/lockboxes • Deliver signs, flyer boxes, supras/lockboxes as needed • Edit photos/video in a timely manner, and deliver finished product by 9am next business day • Write marketing remarks for new listings • Offer back office support • Act as a liaison between clients and agents; work with lead listing agent to ensure home is prepared for photo shoot and keep agent informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled • Maintain current marketing materials and develop new marketing materials • Proactive approach to increase SEO for all social media sites • Photograph/Video marketing events • Photograph/video agents and team members Qualifications: • Photography portfolio • Light Room editing • Camera with wide angle lens, video equipment/steadicam, drone, Matterport camera • Experience with HDR twilight photography • Experience in drone photography/videography with pilots license • Real estate experience a plus!! • Technologically savvy/internet savvy; ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents • Concerned with doing things the right way the first time • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities • Open to new ideas and systems • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities • Continue to maintain the good will and reputation of the entire team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in time management • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals • Thinks "Outside of the Box" • Great Listener, note taker, interpreter and implementer • Self Managed and Self Discipline • Positive Attitude – Cheerful • Works Efficiently and Effectively Compensation: $35,000+ based on experience, plus benefits
