    The Gellman Team had a record 2018, selling over $177 million and closing more than 627 properties. We are on track for an even better 2019. As such, we will need to grow our team. Currently our real estate team is looking for an experienced transaction/closing coordinator in our operations department. This position will work directly with the current Sales Contract and Listing Contract Coordinators, and the Director of Operations, along with the Listing and Buyers Agents on the team.  This position requires a full understanding of a sales contract (need to know backward and forward!!) and an extensive understanding of deadlines. Prior real estate experience working HIGH VOLUME and real estate license is REQUIRED. To succeed in this position, you must have attention to detail, MLS entry experience, internet savvy with experience in Sales Force preferred, Dotloop experience, Adobe Pro experience, and prior experience with paperless system. Responsibilities: • Process sales/special sales contracts • Communicate information between title company and Listing/Buyer Agent • Track deadlines • Schedule closings • Get signatures on amendments • Get Lien waivers and receipts • Print thank you cards  Qualifications: • FULL understanding of the Residential and Special Sale Contracts, with an extensive understanding of deadlines • Experience working HIGH VOLUME & ability to keep up in a FAST PACED environment • Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office – Publisher experience a MUST • Real Estate License REQUIRED • High level of attention to detail • Tech-savvy • Great listener, note taker, interpreter and implementer • Self managed and self disciplined • Thinks "outside of the box" • Self managed and self discipline • Positive attitude – cheerful • Team player Compensation: $15/hour based on experience
