    Are your phone skills worth over $50,000 per year? Can you build relationships through diligent follow-up? We will provide the leads, you get to convert them.  The Inside Sales Agent prospects for new clients, cultivates client relationships, sets client appointments, and manages all leads within the contact management database. Calls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer specialist. Responsibilities: • Qualify leads from our non-duplicable lead generation system • Focusing on outbound calling • Be an excellent team player • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Work well independently and as a team member • Passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and works with a sense of urgency • Converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up • Organized to a fault Qualifications: • Passion for selling and helping others achieve goals • Have real estate license or be willing to obtain their license • Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of caller communication styles and personalities • Exceptional phone and communication skills • Proven track record in sales or believe you can be successful • Drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets • Work well in a self-directed manner • Open to being coached by full time on-staff trainer •  $50,000 on target income (combination of salary + commission and benefits) no ceiling on income • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $50,000+ (commission based)
