If you can sell, you can make more money.   Responsibilities: • Provide detailed/scripted buyer and/or seller consultations  • Diligently follow up with the leads that are provided by the team  • Work with qualified buyers or sellers  • Consult with prospective buyers/sellers in order to help them achieve their real estate goals  • Negotiate contracts, inspections and other critical details • Effectively work in a team environment that's built on our Mission Statement and Core Values   Qualifications: • A Real Estate license is required • Embrace and adhere to the mission statement and core values of our company  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity required  • Outstanding customer service skills a must  • Must possess excellent Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively  • A passion for serving clients and helping those clients achieve their Real Estate goals  • Effectively work with operations to ensure top level service for our clients   Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 at plan commission
