Job description:

The ideal Member Services Coordinator is passionate about helping others look and feel their best, enjoys having empowering conversations with guests and thrives in a sales environment.

This is NOT a receptionist job; it’s about providing exceptional service to our guests and members visiting us for their men's grooming services.

A day in the life:

All reservations are handled OFFSITE, so you spend most of your time starting and keeping empowering conversations with our members and guests

You’re educating our guests on the benefits of joining our membership-based men’s grooming club

You love the challenge of meeting retail and membership sales quotas

You’re playing bartender, offering our guests beverage selections at our complimentary top-shelf bar (no experience required, training provided, and no fancy beverages to make)

You’re completing all of our personal and professional development training programs in order to be your best
