Communications Director
We are an international franchise company looking for a Communications All-Star to add to our corporate team. In this position, you would be coordinating communications between all departments and internal and external stakeholders. Candidate must a strategic, thoughtful leader, experienced writer, problem solver and team member. S/he will lead our company communications, creating a diverse series of communications for varied audiences. While collaborating across constituencies, the Director will set strategy for messaging, branding and marketing; lead the formulation of strategic communications plans that advance the brand and to ensure that messaging is consistent, compelling, timely, and appropriately targeted.
Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitating strategy for communications between all departments and constituents
Copywriting for all departments and platforms (Websites, Blogs, Social Media Posts, Press Releases, Consumer Marketing, Event Promotion, Corporate Announcements & Newsletters)
Franchise Local Citation Management (Google Maps, YP.com, Yelp, etc.)
Communications Technology Management (website chat app, review & contact forms, blog platform, call answering & tracking)
Social Media Platform Management (Facebook, Linked In, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest)
Customer Reviews Acquisition Strategy (direct, social, 3rd party app.)
