    Position Overview

    The Creative Services Manager (CSM) is critical to the inner-workings of The Glass Guru’s Marketing department. Vision without an eye toward the details simply won’t get this job done! The CSM ensures that the brand’s marketing vision is created and enacted on time and on budget and manages the people, processes, and technology that helps make it happen. The CSM must not only be a good leader, but a creative rockstar!

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Meeting with management team and agency advisors to determine creative needs including but not limited to print media, digital media, video production, TV, and radio

    Facilitate creative project kickoffs

    Lead brainstorming sessions with creative teams

    Supervise, push, and encourage creative team members

    Oversee and directly participate in daily creative production tasks

    Troubleshooting issues that could slow down the creative process

    Provide analysis to ensure projects stay within brand standards

    Suggesting changes to workflows in order to improve efficiencies and cut costs

    Presenting drafts & updates to management, franchisees, or other stakeholders as applicable

    Qualifications and Skills

    Individuals considered for this position must have demonstrable experience working in a professional design environment in an agency or internal marketing department. Additional requirements include:

    Print Design Experience - 5 years (Required)

    Graphic Design / Layout Experience - 5 years (Required)

    Branding Experience - 3-5 years (Preferred)

    Supervisory Experience - 3 years (Preferred)

    Project Management Experience - 3 years (Preferred)

    Proven aptitude at digital and print production in high-demand environment(s)

    A good storyteller

    Works without supervision

    Organized and efficient multitasker

    Analytical and insightful attention to detail

    Flexible yet able to stay on point

    Expert communicator cool under pressure

    Collaborator that knows the whole is greater than the sum of its parts

    Excellent interpersonal skills

    Excellent change manager

    Jack-of-all creative trades and master of a few

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Design preferred. Applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree.

    Salary Range - $48,000 - $60,000 annualized
