Position Goal: To provide industry-leading business training and guidance to new and existing franchise owners.
Proactively monitor and communicate with locations to identify areas of needed improvement within their business.
Provide one-on-one training & guidance to owners during the onboarding of new franchise locations.
Provide ongoing coaching and support as requested by existing locations.
Create and present periodic webinars for continued network education and improvement.
Conduct in-person group training sessions at annual conventions.
Continually monitor and evolve recommended "best practices" to ensure our curriculum remains relevant in a rapidly changing business environment.
Preferred Experience, Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication skills!
Strong understanding of business finances & budgeting.
Positive minded and supportive personality.
Previous experience in providing formalized training and/or support.
Comfortable in the spotlight.
Productive in a self-managed environment.
Self-starter, and finisher.
Strong computer skills.
Previous business ownership, business consulting, and/or franchise experience is a major plus!
