Roles & Responsibilities:

The Service Technician position supports the lead glaziers / installers and will be responsible to assist with providing a quality customer experience in the home as part of the final fulfillment (installation) process.

Assist in loading job materials onto work vehicle(s), including required materials, tools, safety equipment, etc.

Assist the lead glazier / installer with setup at the job site of necessary materials and tools.

Assist the lead glazier / installer in the installation of all products and services included in the work order.

Assist the lead glazier / installer in post-job cleanup to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in general upkeep and cleaning of tools and equipment, including vehicles.

Assist with other basic projects within the shop as needed by the team.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

0-1 years residential glass installation or handyman experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Valid license to drive with reliable transportation.

Candidates must be physically capable of performing work, in good health, and with the ability to lift up to 50-100lbs unassisted.

Candidates must be available during regular business hours as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Residential glass replacement experience preferred but not required.

Handyman experience preferred but not required.

Effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills required.

Must possess good work ethic and time management skills.

Good customer service skills preferred.
